Life Update

A lot has happened since I last posted. Here’s a quick run down.

1. We finished remodeling the bathroom and the upstairs office is actually livable without dust all over our computers.

2. A group of 4 other members and I started a real estate group. It’s all legal with an entity and everything. We’re planning on purchasing or first property by the end of August.

3. A group of 9 other members and I started an equities investment group. We’re meeting monthly to discuss stocks and doing our best to beat the S&P. Our annualized returns are looking pretty good so far. Now we just have to keep up the good work. There are some strong members in the group and I’m learning a lot, so it’s pretty exciting.

4. I did it again, I signed up for another long bike ride. This one is 112 miles on Sept 14th. This one is a fund raider for Children’s Medical Center. Donate!
